4/14 Namahage{なまはげ} Spicy Soy-sauce Ramen
It is a local ramen in Akita prefecture.

Stewed bean sprouts, carrots and shiitake mushrooms, topped with tofu, Char-siu pork, eggs and bean seedings, and finally sprinkled with the attached habanero and pepper.

Choked with one bite.

4/15 Korean-style spicy ramen

This wasn't too hot.

4/18 Miyazaki spicy noodles

The amount of red pepper was extremely large. It was more spicy than Mokotanmen{蒙古タンメン}.

The noodles were made of snacks and were very delicious.。

4/22 Mita Noodle Factory{三田製麺所} Burning Tsukemen

I didn't think tsukemen was spicy. However, when I drank the soup, it was spicy.

I put a lot of green onions.

6/10 Nostalgic spicy ramen

The onions and carrots were stewed together and topped with boiled bean sprouts, boiled eggs and green onions.

The noodles were also delicious. It was very hot.

I put bean sprouts, cucumbers, green onions, lettuce, and boiled eggs.
