I can give you my personal answer. I know many Japanese patients, but it is difficult for me to accurately describe them.

Hi there, while it took several years, I am very happy that you’re compensatory sweating has been greatly reduced. At this point, do the areas that now sweat again (head, arms, hands, etc.) start to sweat at the same time that the parts of the body experiencing compensatory sweating does? I definitely need my compensatory sweating to improve, but one of the things that bothers me a lot is that my sweating pattern is so unnatural (I had reversal 16 months ago in Taiwan). I know I have a long way to go on my improvement journey, but, for example, my arms and upper chest don’t start sweating until my abdomen and back are already very sweaty.
返信削除Also, do I understand correctly that it took about 3 to 4 years to cool down normally after intense exercise? Thank you.
Thank you for your kindness in my recovery.
削除Now I have compensatory sweating during rest rather than during exercise. Of course, if exercise for a long time, I will sweat excessively during exercise, but note that I haven't tested this year.
Even in the heat of summer, the inside of my left arm and my entire head are sweaty and cold. But didn't sweat enough to drop this year (although a few years ago my head was dripping with sweat). And my right arm still has a fever.
The sweating patterns of the head and arms are different from those of compensatory sweating.
In the 3rd and 4th years after the reversal surgery, I was still busy with just living, and I didn't have the mental leeway to enjoy intense exercise.
Thank you.
Thank you again for your feedback. How is your health these days?
削除Have you heard of dr.Yamamoto Hidehiro?
