I'm Maruton from Japan.

I could not talk with Dr. Shiotani. he possibly refused to talk with me. it may be that there is no doctor in Japan who performs reversal surgery as well as your method.

In Japan, some people don't took reversal surgery because of the cost problem, but others as below...
(a) People who worry about being other country (remote support, technological anxiety)
(b) People who can not trust the recovery of reversal surgery
(c) People who expects another technology such as neural tubes and IPS cells

What do you think about (c)?
・Is there research and future of application of such technology to reversal?
・Is it best to use intercostal nerve after all?

塩谷先生とは話をすることができなかった。電話を取り次いでもらうことができなかったのです。日本にはリバーサル手術をする医師はいないのかもしれないです。

日本には、リバーサルを受けない人には、費用の問題もありますが、こういった人もいます。
(a) 海外であることを心配する人（遠距離のサポート、技術の不安）
(b) リバーサル手術の回復を信用できない人
(c) 自家神経移植ではなく、別の技術（神経チューブやIPS細胞）に期待する人

(c)別の技術について、ランタネン先生の見解はありますか？
・こういった技術のリバーサルへの適用の研究や将来性はあるか？
・やはり肋間神経を使うのがベストか？
